If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below:

 

Exchange

•        Full-priced items: within 7 days of receiving your order
•         Sale items: within 3 days of receiving your order

Refund

•         Full-priced items: within 3 days of receiving your order
•          Sale items: not eligible for refund

 

Terms & Conditions:

•  Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging, tags, any included gifts, and the receipt.
•            Markdown items refer only to officially discounted products. Coupon or promo code purchases are considered as full price.
•            Returns and exchanges are not accepted for bags, jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, and beauty products.
•           Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
•          Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
•           Returns can be processed via the Returns Portal, in-store, or by contacting customer support.
